I called the hotel from SLC airport and asked for a shuttle to be sent to pick me up. The staff, “Austin” I spoke to could have been more courteous but it didn’t bother me at that time. It was a cold evening, and I was in a wheelchair. I waited for 25 minutes and called the hotel again. The way Austin talked to me was not courteous again. When I was finally picked up I found out that their shuttle pick up guests of two other different hotels. These two other hotels’ names were painted in large letters on the shuttle, but Hyatt’s Place was painted very small. Not only that when the shuttle door is being opened the logo of Hyatt Place becomes invisible. Austin could have explained the information which could have prevented me from missing the first shuttle.

We were disappointed We chose this hotel because there was a bar and restaurant. My husband and i left right from work , and drove 3 hours. We wanted to relax have a drink and dinner. We did not want to leave the property to eat. We asked the front desk where the bar and restaurant were and he said sorry i'm the only one here.. Not open! Fast forward... my husband went to the front desk to get directions for the soda machines, and we were told there are no soda machines ,an all they had was lemonade. The bottles of water in the room were $6.00 each. The rooms were nice and the location is good But wouldn't stay again!!

If you don't mind sleeping with earplugs or are a heavy sleeper, it's great. Very clean and spacious. The mattress was perfect & there's s a mini fridge. But because of the flight path of the planes, it may not be the best choice for light or early to bed/late to rise sleepers. I think they stopped around midnight-ish.

Very good hotel Indoor pool Good gym. Small Starbucks coffee shop. Good snacks at the front desk. Electric car charging Very good continental breakfast. And the hotel is clean. Atleast my room was. Thrid time here and so far so good. The front desk staff was very friendly and had good customer service. I spend three weeks out of the month traveling and I come here because I must have a good gym and pool.

Location is convenient to the airport, but not much else. The rooms are dated, but spacious. Didn't get much sleep due to the noise levels. The occasional aircraft taking off was OK, but the sound level of the HVAC was excessive. I couldn't hear the TV over the HVAC and it woke me up every time it came on during the night.
